Lululemon Athletica ( NASDAQ:LULU is back in the spotlight after founder Chip Wilson took fresh aim at the company's leadership, calling its latest board appointment underwhelming. In a sharply worded letter, Wilson criticized the decision to bring in former Levi Strauss CEO Chip Bergh, arguing the company still needs a much deeper board overhaul. While he welcomed the exit of long-time director David Mussafer, Wilson said the bigger issue hasn't been fixed yet, pointing to what he called glaring governance deficiencies.
