The company's revenue is in decline and growth is falling behind the industry in every business except public sector, with no clear signs of improvement. I rate Lumen a sell at a price target of $1.23, 20% downside from today. Lumen Technologies, Inc. ( NYSE: LUMN ), formerly known as CenturyLink, is an alternative telecommunications company that offers a wide range of services, including communications, network, and managed services to both residential and business customers. Lumen has been having a rough ride, down 39% over the past year as its business declines and investors wait for results from the turnaround management has promised. Digging into the business, I am not sure that turnaround will ever come. Growth across Lumen's businesses is significantly lagging the industry, there are no clear signs of a turnaround anywhere in the business, and my DCF generated price target of $1.23 represents 20% downside to today's pricing, even assuming the turnaround happens to some
