(Nasdaq: LUNR) (“Intuitive Machines”) or the (“Company”), a leading space technology, infrastructure, and services company, has completed its acquisition of Lanteris Space Systems (“Lanteris”), formerly Maxar Space Systems, a proven spacecraft manufacturer with an exceptional record of delivering a highly reliable family of spacecraft for national security, civil, and commercial customers.
