Intuitive Machines Inc (NASDAQ:LUNR) shares fell about 9% on Thursday morning after the space technology and services company reported earnings and revenue below estimates for the fourth quarter. The company reported a loss per share of $0.34, missing the consensus estimate of a $0.05 loss per share. Revenue for the quarter reached $44.79 million, falling short of the $53.37 million forecast. Intuitive Machines CEO Steve Altemus highlighted the company's strategic milestones in 2025, including the completion of its second lunar mission, expansion into national security space programs, and acquisitions of KinetX Aerospace and Lanteris Space Systems. “These acquisitions significantly expand our scale, addressable market, and growth opportunities,” Altemus said.
