The space is part of a growing trend taking hold at airports across the U.S. It's the Chase Sapphire Lounge, another perk the bank has added to specific credit card holders. It's also a way for Chase to compete with fellow financial entities American Express and Capitol One, which already have a smattering of lounges in airports throughout the world. The lounge opened Dec. 3 at Harry Reid International and is the bank's eighth such venue. Other Sapphire Lounge locations in the U.S. are in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Diego and Washington, D.C. Lounges are also planned for Los Angeles International Airport and Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, though opening dates are unknown. Chase Sapphire Reserve and J.P. Morgan Reserve card holders have free access to the 4,590-square-foot, two-story lounge, and can bring up to two guests for no charge. Additional guests cost $27 each.
