Lightwave Logic extended its winning streak to a third consecutive day on Monday to hit a new four-year high, as investors loaded positions in players riding the technology boom while mitigating risks from the uncertainties in the Middle East. The stock climbed to its highest price of $14.82 before trimming a few cents to end the day just up by 13.08 percent at $14.18 apiece.
