Third Quarter 2025 Highlights Recorded Net Income attributable to common shareholders of $34.6 million, or $0.12 per diluted common share.Generated Adjusted Company Funds From Operations available to all equityholders - diluted (“Adjusted Company FFO”) of $46.7 million, or $0.16 per diluted common share.Sold two vacant development projects totaling 2.1 million square feet to a user buyer for $175 million, representing a 20% premium over the gross book value.Increased the Stabilized Portfolio leased percentage to 96.8%.
