Initially available from 10 banks, the loans are guaranteed by the government, which should improve the flow of credit from the lenders.The participating lenders are Bank of Scotland, Barclays, Clydesdale/Yorkshire, Danske Bank, HSBC, Lloyds, NatWest, RBS, Santander and Ulster.
