Initially available from 10 banks, the loans are guaranteed by the government, which should improve the flow of credit from the lenders.The participating lenders are Bank of Scotland, Barclays, Clydesdale/Yorkshire, Danske Bank, HSBC, Lloyds, NatWest, RBS, Santander and Ulster. Other lenders are being invited to participate.es are being urged to apply to their existing bank first as this may streamline the application process.
