Shares of Lyra Therapeutics Inc. , a biotech specializing in treatments for ear, nose and throat diseases, soared 32% in their trading debut Friday, after the company's initial public offering priced at the top end of the range. The company sold 3.5 million shares at $16 each to raise $56 million. BofA, Jefferies, William Blair and BTIG are underwriters on the deal. Proceeds will be used to fund clinical trials, for R&D and for platform development, working capital and other general corporate purposes. The stock is trading on Nasdaq, under the ticker symbol "LYRA."
