A former employee of Fat Joe , who sued the rapper on allegations of workplace misconduct and sexual abuse , is walking back some of his claims. Terrance Dixon, who brought the lawsuit against the Grammy-nominated emcee last June, filed an amended complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Thursday, March 26, according to court documents obtained by USA TODAY Friday. Dixon, who purportedly worked for Fat Joe (real name Joseph Cartagena) as a lyricist and creative partner for 16 years, previously alleged that the rapper oversaw a criminal enterprise, buoyed by violence and intimidation, in which Dixon was forced into performing sex acts "under duress and surveillance." The former employee also accused Fat Joe of "predatory behavior," which included engaging in sex with minors, some as young as 15 and 16 years old.
