Best Buy on April 7 confirmed its move in 2027 to the Nanuet site and its departure from the Palisades Center in West Nyack. Representatives of Palisades Center management and its owners did not immediately returned a request for comment about the future of the current Best Buy store in West Nyack. Real estate broker Royal Properties, Inc. announced on April 6 that it had reached a long-term lease with Best Buy for 5101 Fashion Drive, Nanuet The building is owned by Metropolitan Realty Associates. Best Buy plans to occupy a 35,469-square-foot "end cap" on the first floor. The rest of the site, known as the Nanuet Town Centre, is owned by Alexander Properties, which purchased what was then called The Shops at Nanuet in January 2025 for $60 million from Simon Properties.
