HOUSTON, Feb. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Main Street Capital Corporation (NYSE: MAIN) ("Main Street") is pleased to announce the expansion in total commitments under its multi-year revolving credit facility (the "Corporate Facility") from $1.145 billion to $1.175 billion, with the $30.0 million increase in total commitments resulting from the addition of a new lender relationship. The increase in total commitments was executed under the accordion feature of the Corporate Facility, which allows for an increase up to $1.718 billion in total commitments under the facility from new and existing lenders on the same terms and conditions as the existing commitments.
