Hiring a Gen Z employee has never felt so complicated—for both sides. The hiring process has always had its trapdoors, but today they seem to be everywhere. Candidates will accept a job offer, only to fail to show up the first day (and ever after). Candidates deliberately misrepresent their image and abilities to potential employers.
