Since Spencer saw Gemma Bonner miss her penalty in the 2012 final shoot-out to win the competition for Birmingham City, the same three teams - Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City - have won all eleven editions of the Women's FA Cup. In fact, no other club has won any domestic trophy in England since 2014. For Spencer herself, Saturday's game will mark a major milestone.
