it has issued a notice of redemption with respect to all of its outstanding 8.625% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2027, in an aggregate principal amount of $300,000,000 (the "Notes"). As set forth in the notice of redemption issued today in respect of the Notes, the redemption date is January 22, 2026, and the redemption price for the Notes is 104.313% of the principal amount redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but not including, the redemption date. A notice of redemption is being sent to all currently registered holders of such Notes.
