(Nasdaq: MBUU), a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of a diverse range of recreational powerboats, announced today that Melanie Cook, former Chief Operating Officer of GE Appliances, has been appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors as an independent director, effective immediately.
