I maintain a Hold rating on MCD; while fundamentals are strong, the current valuation (PE ~27) prices in much of the near-term upside. MCD's franchise model drives superior net income margins (31.85%), but valuation and growth metrics remain uninspiring versus peers. If the PE ratio drops to the low 20s or a market sell-off occurs, MCD likely becomes a compelling buy candidate.
