The Fresh Value Menu is built around three categories. Leading the lineup is the Deli Faves category, which groups together four six-inch sandwiches, each priced at $3.99. Two of the four are new items: the Spicy Pepperoni, made with aged pepperoni, Pepper Jack, jalapeños, and creamy Sriracha, and the Ham & Salami, made with Black Forest ham, Genoa salami, Italian-style provolone, and honey mustard. The other two, the B.L.T. and the Cold Cut Combo, are existing menu items. Protein Pockets, a grab-and-go wrap format that debuted earlier this year, carry the same $3.99 price point. The four varieties — Baja Chicken, Peppercorn Ranch Chicken, Italian Trio, and Turkey Ham — each contain more than 20 grams of protein, Subway said. The third component is the Sub of the Day, priced at $4.99, which rotates through a distinct six-inch sub on each day.
