Mechanics reported net income of $124.3 million, or $0.54 per diluted share (3), for the fourth quarter of 2025, compared to $55.2 million, or $0.25 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2025. For 2025, Mechanics reported net income of $265.7 million, or $1.22 per diluted share, compared to $29.0 million, or $0.14 per diluted share, for 2024.
