IRVING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--McKesson Corporation (NYSE: MCK) announced today that it has closed the transaction to sell its retail and distribution businesses in Norway to NorgesGruppen, a privately owned retail group.McKesson announced on August 4, 2025, that it planned to divest Norway, included within the Other segment.
