NEW YORK, December 22, 2025 BUSINESS WIRE )--Moody's Corporation (NYSE: MCO) today announced that it will relocate its global headquarters to 200 Liberty Street at Brookfield Place in Lower Manhattan, continuing the company's 115+ year connection to New York City. The move, which is expected to be completed in 2027, represents a bold step in Moody's ongoing evolution and commitment to creating world-class workspaces that enhance how teams collaborate and serve customers. "Since our founding more than 115 years ago, our global headquarters has been in Lower Manhattan, and this new office is the next chapter of our downtown presence," said Rob Fauber, President and Chief Executive Officer of Moody's Corporation. "This move is so much more than a change of address; it's an investment that is going to help us better serve our customers and ensure Moody's remains a place where people want to come and grow."
