MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Directors of The Marcus Corporation (NYSE: MCS) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of common stock, a 14% increase from the prior dividend rate of $0.07 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid September 15, 2025, to shareholders of record on August 25, 2025.“Throughout Marcus Corporation’s 90-year history, we have demonstrated a steadfast commitment to returning capital to our shareholders through consistent quarterly dividend payments. Prior to the pandemic, we proudly delivered 45 consecutive years of dividends – a legacy we resumed in 2022 and strengthened in 2023,” said Gregory S.
