(Nasdaq: MDAI) (“Spectral AI” or the “Company”), an artificial intelligence (AI) company focused on medical diagnostics for faster and more accurate treatment decisions in wound care, today announced that its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (“Annual Meeting”) will take place at 9:30 a.m. Central Daylight Time on Friday, May 29, 2026. Only stockholders of record at the close of business on April 1, 2026, the record date, will be entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.
