After finishing business school, Lexie Lubov was looking for a job that would be a good fit for her interest in marketing. Then she attended an event held by Mondelez Canada, a subsidiary of the global food company offering such well-known brands as Cadbury, Oreo cookies, Ritz crackers, Clif bars and Sour Patch Kids candies. “Everyone talked about how Mondelez was home to these iconic, culturally relevant brands,” Lubov remembers. “They said that I'd be working on a team that would be constantly pushing new ideas, innovations and exciting campaigns to connect with consumers in new ways.” Now the brand manager for the company's candy and cough drop marketing division in Canada, Lubov says that while she joined for Mondelez's portfolio of brands, it's the company's culture that's kept her there for five years, moving from role to role within the company's marketing team. “People might join because of the big name and exciting brands but they stay because of the culture,” Lubov sa
