NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NYLI CBRE Global Infrastructure Megatrends Term Fund (the "Fund") (NYSE: MEGI) today announced the availability of the Section 19(a) notice for November 2025. The Fund’s current annualized distribution rate is 10.55% based upon the closing price of $14.22 on November 12, 2025, and 9.52% based upon the Fund’s closing NAV of $15.75 as of the same date.
