PHOENIX,, Nov. 21, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mesa Air Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: MESA) (“Mesa” or the “Company”) today reported operating and financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025. Previously, on September 24, 2025, the Mesa Board of Directors approved a change in the Company’s fiscal year-end, moving from September 30 to December 31, which became effective on January 1, 2025 for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. Mesa also provided an update on the merger (the “Merger”) with Republic Airways Holdings Inc. (“Republic”).
