Legal headwinds from the recent social media landmark suit primarily impact YouTube, which represents only about 10% of Google's revenue. Some concerns, but not alarming for me. GOOGL's rapidly growing Cloud and Gemini AI businesses are now central to its growth thesis, offsetting near-term YouTube risks. Despite elevated AI capex, GOOGL's innovation in AI hardware and software positions it as a leader, with margin improvement expected as monetization accelerates.
