The company's low user base and sales make its valuation excessive and unsustainable. Investors should be cautious and avoid falling into a potential bear trap. The stock price of what is now Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. ( NASDAQ: DJT skyrocketed 35% on Monday after shareholders gave their nod for the special purchase acquisition company Digital World Acquisition Corp. to merge with the Truth Social-parent. The shareholder approval removes a considerable source of uncertainty for Trump Media & Technology Group, but the valuation at this point is rather excessive when taking into account the platform's low amount of users and sales. Since the company's stock price has already surged and investors seem to be quite excited about the merger completion, I think that investors have to be careful here and avoid what likely is a bear trap.
