(NASDAQ: METC, METCB, "Ramaco" or the "Company") a leading operator and developer of high-quality, low-cost metallurgical coal in Central Appalachia and future developer of rare earth elements and critical minerals in Wyoming , today announced the first quarter cash dividend on its Class B common stock. BOARD OF DIRECTORS DECLARES CLASS B CASH DIVIDEND Ramaco's Board of Directors approved and declared a quarterly cash dividend of per share on the Company's Class B common stock. The first quarter dividend is payable on March 14, 2025 , to shareholders of record on February 28, 2025 The Company previously announced its Board of Directors approved and declared a quarterly Class A dividend of per share for the first quarter of 2025 which shall be paid in Class B common stock.
