LEXINGTON, Ky., Nov. 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Ramaco Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: METC) ("Ramaco" or the "Company") announced today that it intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2031 (the "notes") in a public offering registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. In addition, the Company expects to grant the underwriters of the notes an option to purchase, for settlement within a period of 13 days from, and including, the date the notes are first issued, up to an additional $45,000,000 aggregate principal amount of notes solely to cover over-allotments. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are acting as the book-running managers for the offering of the notes.
