LLC ("Goldman Sachs") will act as the exclusive structuring agent in connection with its previously announced initiative to establish a Strategic Critical Minerals Terminal ("SCMT") at Ramaco's Brook Mine facility in Wyoming. On Oct. 27, 2025, Ramaco announced that its Board had approved the pursuit of the groundbreaking SCMT initiative. This collaboration is being pursued to help the private and public sector overcome supply chain risks and ensure uninterrupted access to strategic materials.
