(NASDAQ: METC) ("Ramaco" or the "Company") announced today, in a separate press release, the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 0% convertible senior notes due 2031 (the "notes"), for total net proceeds of approximately $290.9 million, plus up to an additional $45,000,000 aggregate principal amount of notes that the underwriters of the notes offering have the option to purchase from Ramaco solely to cover over-allotments. No new shares of Ramaco's Class A common stock, par value $0.01 per share ("Class A common stock"), will be issued, and Ramaco will not receive any proceeds from the concurrent delta offering.
