(NASDAQ: METC, METCB, "Ramaco" or the "Company") is a leading operator and developer of high-quality, low-cost metallurgical coal in Central Appalachia and is transitioning to also become a developer of rare earth and critical minerals in Wyoming. Today it reported financial results for the three and twelve month periods ending December 31, 2025 (the "Results").FOURTH QUARTER 2025 HIGHLIGHTSThe Company had a quarterly net loss of $(14.7) million and Class A diluted EPS of $(0.26).
