(Nasdaq:MGPI), a leading provider of branded and distilled spirits and food ingredient solutions, announced that following over 15 years of distinguished service, Karen Seaberg retired from the company’s Board of Directors, effective December 14, 2025.Julie Francis, president and chief executive officer, has been appointed to serve as a director on the company’s Board, effective December 15, 2025.“Karen’s contributions to MGP span decades and reflect her deep commitment to the company.
