LIVERMORE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--McGrath RentCorp (“McGrath” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: MGRC), a leading business-to-business rental company in North America, today announced total revenues from continuing operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 of $243.7 million, an increase of 10% compared to the fourth quarter of 2023. The Company reported net income from continuing operations of $38.9 million, or $1.58 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2024, compared to net income from continuing operations of $32.0 million, or $1.30 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2023.Total revenues from continuing operations for the full year ended December 31, 2024 increased to $910.9 million, an increase of 10%, from $831.8 million in 2023, with adjusted EBITDA increasing $33.4 million, or 10%, to $351.7 million. Net income from continuing operations for the year ended December 31, 2024 was $231.7 million, or $9.43 per diluted share, compared to $111.9 million, or $4.
