The Company reported a 50% increase in net income for the three months ended December 31, 2025 to $3.1 million from $2.1 million for the three months ended December 31, 2024. Basic and diluted earnings per share were $0.51 and $0.50, respectively, for the three months ended December 31, 2025 compared to $0.34 for basic and diluted earnings per share for the three months ended December 31, 2024. The Company also announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, which will be paid on February 26, 2026 to stockholders of record as of February 12, 2026.
