Simon Allen to Retire, Remain Chair of the Board COLUMBUS, Ohio, January 06, 2026 BUSINESS WIRE )--McGraw Hill, Inc. (NYSE: MH) ("McGraw Hill" or the "Company"), a leading global provider of education solutions for K-12, higher education and professional learning, today announced that Philip Moyer will become the Company's President and CEO and join the Board of Directors effective February 9, 2026. Moyer succeeds Simon Allen, who will retire as President and CEO after leading the Company since October 2019. Allen will continue as Chair of the Company's Board of Directors and will work closely with Moyer and the McGraw Hill executive team to ensure a smooth transition and help steer the Company's long-term growth strategies.
