Financially, Milestone reported $1.5M in Q4 revenue and a full-year 2025 net loss of $63.1M, had $106M cash at year-end, and after a $75M royalty sale plus ATM/warrant proceeds its pro forma cash is about $200M , which management says should fund operations into late 2027.
