(NASDAQ: MITK, www.miteksystems.com , "Mitek" or the "Company"), a global leader in digital identity verification and fraud prevention, today reported financial results for its fourth quarter ended September 30, 2025 and provided guidance for its 2026 full year ending September 30, 2026 ("fiscal 2026"). "Mitek delivered a strong finish to fiscal 2025, returning to full-year organic growth, driven by an acceleration in SaaS growth and the continued scaling of our Fraud and Identity portfolio which now represents more than half of the business," said Ed West, Mitek's Chief Executive Officer.
