HUNT VALLEY, Md., Jan. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE:MKC), a global leader in flavor, today reported financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended November 30, 2025 and provided its financial outlook for fiscal year 2026.Net sales increased 3% in the fourth quarter from the year-ago period and included a 1% favorable impact from currency. Organic sales grew 2% compared to the year-ago period. Earnings per share was $0.84 in the fourth quarter compared to $0.80 in the year-ago period. Adjusted earnings per share was $0.86 compared to $0.80 in the year-ago period. Operating income was $311 million in the fourth quarter compared to $306 million in the year-ago period. Adjusted operating income was $317 million compared to $308 million in the year-ago period. For fiscal year 2025, sales increased 2% from the prior year.
