(the “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) (Nasdaq: MKDW), a business company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (“BVI”) with operations in Mainland China and Taiwan, today announced its unaudited financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2025. First Half 2025 Financial Highlights ?Total revenues in the first half of 2025 were US$1.37 million, representing an increase of 68.3% from US$0.81 million in the same period of 2024. ?Gross profit in the first half of 2025 was US$0.09 million with a gross profit margin of 6.5%, compared to US$0.07 million with a gross profit margin of 8.2% in the same period of 2024. ?Loss from operations in the first half of 2025 was US$1.48 million, representing a decrease of 4% from US$1.54 million in the same period of 2024. ?Net loss in the first half of 2025 was US$1.70 million, representing an decrease of 1.5% from US$1.73 million in the same period of 2024.
