NEW YORK, Jan. 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mount Logan Capital Inc. (Nasdaq: MLCI) (“Mount Logan”, “MLCI”, or the “Company”) today announced that it has priced its previously announced underwritten public offering of $40.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 8.00% senior unsecured notes due 2031 (the “Notes”). The Notes will mature on January 31, 2031, and may be redeemed in whole or in part at any time or from time to time at the Company’s option on or after January 31, 2028. The Notes will be issued in denominations of $25 and integral multiples of $25 in excess thereof and will bear interest at a rate of 8.00% per year, payable quarterly, with the first interest payment occurring on April 30, 2026. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $6.0 million aggregate principal amount of Notes to cover overallotments, if any.
