Nvidia: Not Dead Money Summary Many claimed that Nvidia’s stock has become dead money. Apparently, Nvidia’s shares have been punished by management retracting its guidance on its fiscal 2020 small sales decline, despite a mild 1Q earnings report. Pricing in all the negatives with a revenue perspective, Nvidia’s fair value should be between $160 and $220. Nvidia is still undervalued by 20%. Using an earnings perspective, Nvidia’s fair value should be between $130 and $200. Nvidia is undervalued by 10%. How come dead money still has a 10-20% upside?
