SANTA MARIA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE:MMI) dedicated to serving the company’s institutional clients, announced today the sale of Hancock Terrace, a 272-unit multifamily property in Santa Maria, California.
