Taipei, Taiwan., Oct. 24, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Miluna Acquisition Corp (Nasdaq: MMTXU) (the “Company”), a Cayman Islands exempted company, announced today the closing of its initial public offering of 6,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The units are listed on the Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) and began trading under the ticker symbol “MMTXU” on October 23, 2025. Each unit consists of one (1) ordinary share and one (1) redeemable warrant. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols “MMTX” and “MMTXW”, respectively. Concurrently with the closing of the initial public offering, the Company closed on a private placement of 194,100 units at a price of $10.00 per unit, resulting in gross proceeds of $1,941,000.
