(NYSE: MN), ("Manning & Napier" or the "Company") today reported 2019 second quarter results for the period ended June 30, 2019.Summary HighlightsAssets under management ("AUM") at June 30, 2019 were $21.3 billion, compared to $21.1 billion at March 31, 2019 Revenue for the second quarter was $34.3 million, a decrease of 1% and 17% from the first quarter of 2019 and the second quarter of 2018, respectively Second quarter income before taxes was $3.6 million; the net income attributable to Manning & Napier, Inc. for the second quarter was $0.4 million, or $0.03 per diluted share On a non-GAAP basis, as defined in the Non-GAAP Financial Measures section below, economic net income for the quarter was $2.5 million, or $0.03 per adjusted share On June 28, 2019, the Company entered into an agreement to sell Perspective Partners, LLC, to Manning Partners, LLC, which is wholly owned by William Manning, Chairman of the Compan
