CHICAGO, Oct. 23, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Marquette National Corporation (OTCQX: MNAT) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.31 per share. The dividend will be payable on January 2, 2026 to shareholders of record on December 19, 2025. As of September 30, 2025, Marquette had 4,387,041 shares issued and outstanding. The Company also announced that its Board of Directors authorized the repurchase of up to $1,000,000 of its outstanding common stock at prevailing market prices through open market or negotiated transactions. The repurchase program is authorized from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. The Company’s previously announced Repurchase Program will terminate on December 31, 2025.
