AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Brigham Minerals, Inc. (NYSE: MNRL) (“Brigham Minerals” or the “Company”) today announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 11,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock (“common stock”), pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). The Company is offering 6,000,000 shares of its common stock, and the selling stockholders named in the registration statement, which are affiliates of Warburg Pincus LLC, Yorktown Partners LLC and Pine Brook Road Advisors, LP, are offering 5,000,000 shares of Brigham Minerals’ common stock. The selling stockholders intend to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,650,000 shares of Brigham Minerals’ common stock.Brigham Minerals intends to use the net proceeds it receives from the offering to repay outstanding indebtedness under the Company’s credit facility and to fund future acquisitions
