RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Altria Group, Inc. (NYSE: MO) today reports our 2026 first-quarter business results and reaffirms our guidance for 2026 full-year adjusted diluted earnings per share (EPS).“We delivered a strong start to the year, growing adjusted diluted EPS by 7.3% in the first quarter,” said Billy Gifford, Altria’s Chief Executive Officer. “Our highly cash-generative businesses supported significant returns to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases, while we continued to invest in support of our Vision.”“Our smokeable products segment generated strong income growth. Marlboro strengthened its position in the premium segment, and PM USA continued to execute its total portfolio strategy with discipline.
