EAST AURORA, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B), a worldwide designer, manufacturer and systems integrator of high-performance precision motion and fluid controls and control systems, announced today it has priced its offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of its 5.500% senior notes due 2034 (the “Notes”). Moog intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand, to redeem all $500 million aggregate principal amount outstanding of its 4.250% Senior Notes due 2027 (the “2027 Notes”), including any accrued and unpaid interest thereon. This press release does not form part of or constitute a notice of redemption with respect to the 2027 Notes. The offering is expected to close on March 24th, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.The Notes have not been, and will not be, registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), and may not be offered or sold in the United
